Bangkok Thai Boxing Class

If you're in Bangkok and want an authentic experience that will help you connect with the local culture, we recommend this Muay Thai class - the most popular contact sport in the country!

This sport is one of the most complete martial arts in the world. Do you know why they call it the art of the eight limbs? In Muay Thai fights you're allowed to use your fists, feet, knees and elbows.

For2 hours 30 minutes you'll have the opportunity to enjoy an immersive experience with some of the best fighters in town who will be happy to introduce you to this noble art. Moreover, you won't have to worry about getting hit, as this is a non-contact class.

We'll practice the Wai Khru dance, learn how to throw a high kick, what is the most effective technique to protect yourself from a low kick and how to always keep your guard up, you'll surely get the itch and want to learn more about this sport!

At the end of the class, we'll replenish your strength with a delicious Thai-style lunch or dinner. The menu will consist of a hearty plate of Pad Thai noodles and a refreshing tropical fruit juice.
