On this private tour of Toulouse in English, we'll walk through the beautiful historic center of this elegant city – an exclusive tour just for you!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Tourist Office of Toulouse and then take a walk to the city's historic center.

In this area, we'll admire the architecture of Capitole Square, one of the most emblematic points of the capital of Occitania. The city is known as the "pink city" because of the color of the buildings in this beautiful square.

Then, we'll continue this private tour of Toulouse by admiring one of the most outstanding churches in the city: the Basilica of Saint-Sernin. Did you know that it's the second-largest Romanesque church in France, only surpassed by the church of Cluny?

Very close to the Capitole is the church of the Jacobins Convent. Inside, we'll see the famous "palm tree" that crowns its roof, a marvel of medieval architecture that will leave you speechless! We'll also learn about the history of St. Thomas Aquinas, whose mortal remains rest in the temple's crypt.

Our last stop will be the Hotel d'Assézat, a fantastic example of Toulouse's golden age.

Finally, after 2 hours of exploring, we'll conclude this private tour by returning to the starting point.

Advantages of booking a private tour

By booking a private tour, you'll have an exclusive English-speaking guide. No other people will be in the group except you and your partner, family, or friends!
