With Civitatis Travel Insurance, you'll have all the coverage you need, as it includes all medical expenses at the best health centers, repatriation costs, theft and delays of luggage, and even civil liability. We have no deductibles, no upfront payments, and no established list of hospitals. You can go to the most suitable hospital for your needs, wherever in the world you may be.

Of course, you can contact us 24 hours a day, either by phone, email, or even WhatsApp. We're always on hand to help. In addition, this insurance can be booked until 11:59 pm the day before the trip begins.

Types of Insurance

All insurance policies offer the same coverage; the only difference is the price, which depends on the number of days of coverage. When booking, you can choose between 3, 5, 10, 15, 21 or 31 days, depending on the length of your trip.

Important Info

We recommend purchasing our insurance BEFORE starting your trip. If you're already at your destination, there is a 72-hour waiting period from the date of purchase, and coverage related to luggage will be void. The date to select on the calendar is the start date of your trip.

The insurance is not suitable for travel within your country of residence.

You must take into account that while the insurance is valid for any destination, we'll ask you for the destination when making your reservation for internal purposes.

Medical Insurance:

Health and medical coverage: 600000EUR
Emergency dental expenses: 150EUR
Emergency dental expenses due to accident: 600EUR
Repatriation or transport of injured or ill persons: 100% of the cost
Repatriation or transport of minors or disabled persons: 100% of the cost
Travel for a relative in the case of hospitalization: 100% of the cost
Accommodation expenses for the accompanying person in the event of hospitalization of the insured person for more than 5 days (80EUR/day): 800EUR
Hotel expenses incurred during recovery (80 EUR/day): 800EUR
Repatriation or transport of the deceased policyholder: 100% of the cost
Early return due to the death of a relative: 100% of the cost
Early return due to the hospitalization of a relative: 100% of the cost
Sending of urgent messages: included
Shipping of medication abroad: included

Luggage Insurance

Material damage to luggage: 900EUR
Expenses incurred due to the delayed delivery of checked luggage (150EUR after 12 hours and 150EUR for each additional 24 hours): 300EUR
Searching, locating, and shipping lost luggage: included
Delivery of items forgotten or stolen during the trip: 250EUR

Additional Personal Accident Insurance

Travel accidents (permanent disability due to a travel accident or death due to a travel accident): 10000EUR
Personal accidents in a means of transport (permanent disability due to a transport accident or death due to a transport accident): 10000EUR

Additional Civil Liability Insurance
